Solvent Impact, Inc. Terms of Service

Welcome to DIVINE On Demand ("DOD"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOD app, operated by Solvent Impact, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using DOD, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

DOD provides a platform for Advocates (family, friends, or supporters of incarcerated individuals) to purchase Mentor Minutes and schedule one-on-one mentorship calls with DIVINE. All calls are pre-paid, scheduled, and subject to these Terms.

2, Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app and purchase Mentor Minutes. By using DOD, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All Mentor Minutes packages must be purchased in advance through the payment processor we use (e.g., Stripe).

  • Prices are displayed within the app and may change at our discretion.

  • Mentor Minutes are non-refundable once a booking has been scheduled unless we cancel the session.

4. Booking Calls

  • Advocates are responsible for selecting the correct Mentor Minutes package at the time of purchase and scheduling the call accordingly.

  • We reserve the right to verify purchased packages against bookings before confirming calls.

  • We may reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you and attempt to reschedule.

5. User Accounts and Security

  • DOD requires users to sign in with a valid email address.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app for unlawful purposes

  • Provide false information when booking or purchasing

  • Attempt to interfere with the app’s operation

7. Privacy

Your use of DOD is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We collect user data necessary to provide the services, including email addresses and booking details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues, missed calls due to user error, or any indirect damages arising from your use of DOD. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for unfulfilled Mentor Minutes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DOD if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DOD after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Acceptance

By using DOD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
